‘Fueling The Culinary Fire’ is a culinary series that dives inside the kitchens of six Michelin-starred restaurants in Hong Kong and Macao discovering what drives the chefs’ passion for excellence in the world of fine dining. We were approached to produce and capture all of the material for The Ritz-Carlton episode. The episode stars executive chef Jackie Ho who talks about his 40 years of cooking experience and bold experiments with flavors that he encountered during his travels.
To fulfill the requirements of the documentary, Dyno arranged for the use of relevant locations and coordinated the interview with the head chef Jackie Ho. The series carries a natural documentary style-like mood, therefore, most scenes made use of natural lighting.
